Dr. Yeon Jung Yu

As social and medical anthropologist with a background in women’s studies and East Asian studies, I received my doctorate from Stanford University in 2014. Before joining Western Washington University (WWU), I conducted my postdoctoral research at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit MI, and University of South Carolina School of Public Health, Columbia SC. I studied East Asian Studies at the University of Southern California (USC) for my master’s.
